Stressdesign Wins Top Recognition in National Survey
Stressdesign has received a trio of American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA (GD USA). Stressdesign was recognized for excellence for 3 customer solutions for the Everson Museum website, The Molly Project Brand Identity program, and the 2015 Annual Report for NYSERnet. Only the top 15 percent, from nearly 10,000 entries received, were honored with an award this year.
For more than five decades, The American Graphic Design Awards has been GDUSA’s flagship graphic design competition for all members of the community for the lone freelancer to the largest agencies and departments.
The American Graphic Design Awards is the largest annual survey identifying the best design in America. For many years it has provided an opportunity for brand communication firms like Stressdesign to be recognized for their talent, challenges they face, and the contributions to their customer business goals.
“The 3 awards we received for select 2016 customer work is good recognition for our efforts says Marc Stress, founder and Principal of Stressdesign. “It shows that the hard work our customers and the Stressdesign team put into creating these brand identities, websites and annual reports.” GD USA selected 3 customer solutions completed in the past year including the Brand Identity program for The Molly Project, the responsive website design for Everson Museum, and the Corporate Annual Report for NYSERnet.
“It’s very exciting to receive an award for our client work,” says Stress, “The focus of each of these pieces was to express our customer's brand in a way that supported their business goals and to help each organization grow.” The 3 projects awarded represent efforts and tremendous talent of our staff at Stressdesign and the dedication of our customers who need compelling brand expressions. Stressdesign has been included in the GDUSA Graphic Design Awards 7 times in the past decade for website design, branding and identity, logo and publication design.
Select Stressdesign winning entries will be reproduced in the GD USA 250-page Design Annual in print, digital, online, tablet and mobile formats – read by over 100,000 industry experts.
