To-do Lists

Make lists, add items, assign responsibility, check 'em off when you're done.

1) Add as many to-dos as you want 2) Completed to-dos are moved to the bottom
3) Private lists for your eyes only (flip between private and open anytime).

File sharing

Upload files, categorize, sort, track versions, share deliverables.

1) Files are listed with icons, names, and descriptions 2) Sort by date/time or from A-Z
3) Group related files by category.

 

Message boards

Keep your communication centralized. No more shooting emails back and forth, no more "... I think that messages is in my inbox..."

1) Messages appear in reverse chronological order 2) Attach files and images to message just like you can with email 3) Your logo here 4) Categorize messages (create as many categories as you'd like).

 

Milestones

Keep track of what's due, when it's due, and who's responsible.

1) Late items appear in red at the top 2) Subscribe to your milestones in iCalendar format 3) Milestones are color coded for late, upcoming, and complete 4) Related to-do lists appear below a milestone

Project Overview

The bird's-eye view of a project. What's late, upcoming, and fresh.

 

1) Late items appear in red at the top 2) Anything due in the next 14 days shows up in this mini calendar 3) A log of things that have recently happened in the project 4) The RSS feed for the project 5) Who's logged in and when.

 

Comments on Messages

Communicate back and forth on a given message. Like email but project focused and centralized. There is no video for comments.

1) Email notifications when new messages are posted 2) Contact info for who's participating in the thread 3) Photos make it quick to identify who's talking 4) Just type in the box to leave your comment.
