Avalon Copy Centers
Stressdesign recently completed a web design project for Avalon Copy Centers. Development of the new site involved the delivery of a more high-tech, professional look as well a platform that would allow Avalon to collect and manage content.
Avalon Copy Centers was founded in Syracuse in May of 2000 to serve business clients. The company’s range of offerings include business document services, legal copy services, large-format production, imaging, scanning, electronic discovery and appellate publishing. Dedicated to detail, quality and customer care, the company employs more than 100 people with locations in Syracuse, Rochester and Utica.
Stressdesign deleveoped a site that met Avalon’s need for a more polished look that better reflected the nature of its business while building a database-driven online infrastructure. “Avalon had outgrown its original site,†said Marc Stress, president of stressdesign. “An updated look was a major component of the project but more important was the increased functionality. The database capabilities built into the new site gives Avalon the ability to collect and manage information for customer service and marketing initiatives.â€
Web design is a key practice area for Stressdesign. The firm has been recognized with numerous industry awards for excellence in web development for clients such as Sunshine Friends, Inc.
