American Graphic Design Awards

Stressdesign, a Syracuse based design firm specializing in brand communications for business and education clients, recently won ten awards in the Graphic Design USA Design Contest for work completed in 2009. This marks the 8th consecutive year the firm’s work has been recognized by the industry-leading publication in its annual competition.
Graphic Design USA is the news and ideas magazine for graphic design professionals and boasts an estimated monthly readership of over 100,000. In 2008, Marc Stress, founder and design director of Stressdesign, was among 43 design professionals across the country to receive a full-page profile in the publication’s annual “People To Watch” section.
The 10 awards received by Stressdesign represent work for clients such as LC Smith College of Engineering (fall 2006 magazine), Syracuse University Academic Affairs (website design), Syracuse University School of Education (Identity Guidebook) Adagio Salon (graphic identity and website), The college of Arts and Sciences at Syracuse University (Migration special event branding), SSK HR (graphic identity, website + brochure), Wind Power Logo (website), MedTech (e-mail newsletter)
