Chamber Show Thanks

Thanks to everyone who stopped by the stressdesign booth yesterday at the Chamber Show. Special thanks to those of you who braved the weather just to come see us! We met many great people yesterday, continued confirmation that Syracuse is a perfect city for business. We did have an opportunity to talk to many of you yesterday, but if you didn’t get to talk to us, drop us a line to say hello. The stressballs were a big hit with everyone, homes and offices all over Central New York should be a calmer place because of it..::end

Good Design on Vacation

Massimo Vignelli + Associates is one of the most prolific design firms in history. Massimo and his team have designed everything from identity systems, to furniture, to books. Not the least of his work is something that you might have seen on vacation, while at a National Park. Maybe it was the Grand Canyon, the Rocky Mountain National Park, or Acadia. It doesn’t matter, they all have a common atribute, the Vignelli designed UniGrid system of publications. It’s the black banded, white Helvetica books, pamplets and brochures. Peter Merholz noticed, and he’s done quite a nice job documenting his discovery.
