Finding us is easy. Stressdesign is located in the former Rockwell building in downtown Syracuse. Now known as RockWest, the facility is a mixed use professional office home to creative, medical, light manufacturing, and technical industries. We're minutes from the Airport, and an easy off from the major highways. Here are some directions to help:

From the North

Take 81 South to West Street Exit follow ramp to first light. Turn Right onto West Fayette Street. Follow to 1001 West Fayette Street, the building with the tunnel. Parking is in back.

From the South

Take 81 North to 690 West. Use West Street Exit, follow ramp to first light. Turn right onto West Fayette Street. Follow to 1001 West Fayette Street, the building with the tunnel. Parking is in back.

From the East

Take New York State Thruway/ Route 90 to Exit 34a. Use 481 South to 690 West. Travel on 690 West to West Street Exit. Follow exit ramp to first light. Turn right onto West Fayette Street. Follow to 1001 West Fayette Street, the building with the tunnel. Parking is in back.

From the West

Take Thruway/ Route 90 to Exit 39. Travel 690 East to the West Street Exit follow ramp to first light. Turn right onto West Fayette Street. Follow to 1001 West Fayette Street, the building with the tunnel. Parking is in back.

Parking

From West Fayette Street, turn left into the Parking Ramp. The parking lot is in the central courtyard of the building. The entrance for 1001 is through a glass door entrance of the building just left of the parking ramp. Stressdesign is located on the first floor.
